Adobe has released an update to its Photoshop software, available immediately for existing Photoshop CS4 users. This updater will update only the retail version of Photoshop CS4 and not any prerelease (beta) versions The update also includes the significant fixes as follows:
i. The ability to correctly recognise 3D textures edited by plug-ins
ii. Improved quality of Auto-Blend Layers
iii. Fixes for issues that can be caused by corrupt fonts or when pasting formatted text.
iv. The quality of the results of Auto-Blend Layers (Stack Images) has been improved.
v. A problem that could result in a crash when pasting formatted text has been fixed
